Dan and Rebecca purchased the cottage in 2018, in part due to their family ties to the Cape.  Rebecca grew up in Sandwich where her family still lives.  

What makes us different?

Our spacious, air conditioned cottage is just a few short steps to our private sandy beach in Dennis Port!  We are larger than many other cottages in the area with over 800 square feet of updated and tastefully decorated living space!  We reside in the resort village of Dennis Seashores which is a staffed property repeatedly voted ‘Best Cottage Colony on Cape Cod’.  Our on-site managers are available to help you during daytime hours and in an emergency.  Our rental fee includes bed linens, bath towels and end of week cleaning.  Our cottage is also fully stocked with everything you might need for the beach – just bring your beach towels and your sunscreen!
