How can I reserve your home?
Contact us directly to reserve your dates! To hold your dates, you must make a 50% deposit and pay in full 30 days prior to your arrival.  Dates will not be held without a deposit. We accept payments of personal checks, Paypal and Venmo. Please note, the minimum age of primary renter is 25.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have adopted a strict cancellation policy, meaning that any money paid for your rental will not be returned unless we are able to re-book your dates.  Note that we are active on social media and have mailing lists used to notify our followers of last minute cancellations.  We will make every attempt to re-book your dates and refund you.

How close are you to the beach?
We are part of the Dennis Seashores resort village and we have our own private beach. We are set back just five cottages from the water and have peekaboo views of the ocean from our bedrooms.

Can we bring our pet?
No. Pets are not allowed per our HOA rules. Sorry.

Do you have WiFi?
Yes. We also provide BEACH WiFi for a better signal while you’re lounging at the beach.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes. Of course, you can always enjoy the cool ocean breezes – one of the many benefits of being so close to the water.

Are linens included?
Yes, bed linens are included as well as bath towels. You will want to bring your own beach towels. NOTE: You are also welcome to bring your own linens for a queen and two twin beds.

What items do you supply?
We provide beach chairs (bring your own beach towels), a beach umbrella, a small selection of beach toys and games, plus lots of board games and a few books. We also have a DVD player with some old DVDs. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, a lobster pot, knives and cutting boards. We do not regularly stock food staples. Last, we provide linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and bath soap. 

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Our staff is unable to accommodate earlier check-in times during the summer due to tight cleaning schedules, but you are welcome to arrive early and use our beach!

Do you have a washer and dryer?
No, but there is a laundromat located a few blocks away in downtown Dennisport.

Anything else we should know?
No smoking is allowed inside the unit or on the beach. No parties or events are allowed on the property.  Parking is limited to two cars.
